We are always looking and listening for ways to combine the latest technology to provide a wide range of professional engineering services to meet your needs. We are able to record, using Laser Scanning Technology any existing 3D entity, be that a precision engineering fixture, or product to an entire factory, convert that to 3D CAD data to enable a virtual representation for offline development of a new process or Robot programs (OLP), download virtually created programs, align those using 3D Laser Trackers and develop those programs offline or online into fully functioning production systems. We provide all of those services internally and we have team leaders have individually in excess of 30 years developing Robotic and Automated production environments.

We offer a wide range of services to meet every type of need.
The fields of Robots and Metrology may appear unusual services to be supplied by one company. We beg to differ as Robotics should be moving further away from the factory floor using modern techniques. Unfortunately this rarely happens as hidden in a cloud of commercial arguments the process often breaks down and projects end up being programmed by the age old method using the teach pendant. By placing a project with MetroCAD you will receive the option of a joined up process, we will get the job done and let you get on with yours... without conflict.
Unfortunately historically and commercially the whole process is broken up to several unconnected disciplines. We believe this is the wrong approach. The services we offer are all borne out of many years experience in robotics and are tools we use for faster installations, more accurate installations and at reduced risk ultimately saving a client money.
Although we are able to offer all of the services of the other robot programming companies. We value our client relationships and if we are able to offer a different solution we will happily recommend it, equally we value our own engineers time and if we are able to keep their time in a factory to a minimum we are able to improve their quality of life too... everyone wins.
