We recognised some time ago that skilled online robot programmers were reducing in numbers, due to the reduction in work from the mid noughties and the rapid decline of remuneration when lower cost, less experienced technicians flooded the market. Recently the automotive industry in particular has returned with a high demand due to the drive for fuel efficient vehicles, and there are not the engineers available to cope with the workload. Here at MetroCAD UK Ltd we are able to overcome these issues by using our in house experience in more effective ways reducing the  past reliance of numbers of feet on the ground.
